The Parton Manor Out of School Club, usually known as PMOOS, was established in 1998 and provides after school care for pupils of both Infant and Junior schools and from September 2006 will also provide a Breakfast Club. The activities are designed to complement the normal school curriculum but with the emphasis on FUN and FREE PLAY. The club is open every school day between 7.45am and 8.45am for the breakfast club and 3.05pm and 6.00pm for the out of school club. It is housed in Classroom 7 at Churchdown Parton Manor Infant School and a team of qualified personnel are employed to run the club. PMOOS staff collect and escort the children from Churchdown Parton Manor Junior School at the end of each school day to the club premises. The staff also collect pupils following extra curricular activities e.g. Games club at CPMJS. Specific arrangements can also be made to escort children to the Mandy Godding dance classes located in CPMJS on a Monday evening and Jujitsu on a Tuesday evening.
